We are truly shocked and saddened to learn that heavy casualties were caused by a series of blasts in Sri Lanka’s capital Colombo and other cities on April 21, the All-China Journalists Association has noted in a statement.
“On behalf of the media workers in China, we express deep condolences to the victims and sincere sympathy to the bereaved families and the injured. We also express our concerns to all the media workers in Sri Lanka,” the statement further added.
