Your Excellency;
ROLE OF THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY IS COMMENDABLE
It is with great pride and joys; we commemorate the 99th anniversary of founding of the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist Party have played pivotal role in uniting China, which has inherited thousands of years of civilization.
The Chinese Communist Party made China a very strong nation in the world. The Chinese Communist Party gave a new meaning to the governing model of the state. In other words, the Chinese Communist Party was able to give meaning to the dreams of the general public by overcoming various difficulties and conquering the threats from various external forces.
In last 99 years, unaccountable numbers of people have been sacrificed their lives to reach the development goals that one time China was dreaming for. It is with great honour that we commemorate their invaluable dedication and utmost commitment at this monumental day. They fought and worked for us and make our lives comfortable. They have scarified their lives for our future.

As you have said, “For a person or a political party, the most important virtue is to always stick to their original intentions, despite all the anomalies they face.” This is, we believe, one of the main reasons for the success of the Chinese Communist Party.

As you know, Sri Lanka is one of the first nations to establish diplomatic relations with China. China has been generous in giving us the strength to face the various challenges in last few decades. China helped us to fight against terrorism and gave shoulder to poverty alleviation. There have been occasions when various interested parties made false allegations for gaining malevolent purposes and tried to undermine our lasting friendship. In each case, China and the Chinese Communist Party strengthened their ties with Sri Lanka.
Like many other instances, the example set by China for us and for the world in overcoming challenges in the case of fight against the covid-19 pandemic is historic. Your work to improve public health systems is a role model for other countries. The responsible role models played by the Chinese Communist Party for the betterment and well-being of humanity will never be forgotten. It will be highly respected by all communities.
